Nic J-Parker. I have a Zune 80gb model It's been in storage for years and when I tried to use it, it said "plug into computer and update firmware". When I plug it in,even though the zune itself says "Open software and update" or something like that the computer cannot install the driver and the Zune program doesnt recognize it. I've gone though everything that I have found on line. I dont want to throw it away. Anyone have any suggestions? I have Windows 7. This thread is locked.
